Olive Controls Inc. is an independent low-voltage and building controls contractor, run by Michael Olive and based in the Bronx.
Olive Controls Inc. is a New York corporation run by Michael Olive. We install and service the low-voltage systems that run commercial buildings: the cabling, the controls, and the systems that ride on them.
The company was filed in 2015. The work is the five boroughs and the jobs that come with them: occupied buildings, night shifts, GC schedules, and a mechanical contractor who needs the controls right the first time.
We are independent. We are not a manufacturer’s captive office. That means the sequence, the panel and the service number belong to the building, not to a brand meeting.
